MRC Programme grants
Outline Deadline (all boards): 4 pm on 24 November 2009
The MRC will usually fund on the basis of 80 per cent of the full economic cost.
Application Procedure: Applicants MUST contact the programme manager of the relevant MRC scientific board (research boards contact page at http://www.mrc.ac.uk/Ourresearch/Boardpanelsgroups/Contact/index.htm) to discuss the programme. Those invited by the board programme manager should send in an outline of the programme to him/her. There is a programme grants outline form and this must be submitted via the electronic application and assessment (EAA) system (details at https://www.eaa.mrc.ac.uk/eaa/default.asp).
Successful applicants will be invited to submit a full application, also via EAA system. Application deadlines for full proposals are arranged by scientific board, please see board deadline dates at http://www.mrc.ac.uk/Fundingopportunities/Deadlines/index.htm.
